Corporate and customer services  (CCS) comprises of five divisions Town hall

  • Personnel management services
  • Human resources development
  • Modernisation and improvement
  • Customer service centre and client services
  • Information services

Corporate and customer services exists to make sure that our services are customer focussed, modern and efficient.

The department aims to ensure that the council attracts, motivates and retains staff of sufficient numbers and talent to deliver excellent services to the public and support services within the organisation.
