I had an urgent appointment after a sudden toothache - reception got back to me within the hour, which really put me at ease. The dentist and assistant were calm and explained each step clearly. I was nervous at first, but they kept things smooth and professional under pressure. By the end, the pain was gone and I felt well informed.
