I phoned to ask about beginner classes and someone got back to me same day - clear, friendly communication from the start. The sessions are informal but structured; they explained every move, and when I struggled with a throw, they offered a one-to-one tweak afterwards. It felt supportive without being overstated. I’ve been going a few weeks and already feel more confident.
