I had a facial at this Southwark salon recently and was impressed by how clearly someone explained each step before starting. They were professional yet chatty, checking in throughout when I mentioned some skin sensitivity. It didn’t go 100% smoothly - one product caused a slight reaction - but they adjusted mid-treatment and calmed everything down. I left feeling more confident in my skin
